1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your appliance (brand, model, and issue description)

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technicians

  • Be present or have an authorized adult available during the service

2. Service Limitations

  • Independent Service Provider: We are not affiliated with any appliance brands.

  • Scope of Work: We service only the appliances listed on our website (washing machines, refrigerators, ACs, etc.).

  • Parts Used: We prioritize high-quality compatible parts unless OEM parts are specifically requested (additional charges may apply).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Inspection Fee: ₹149 (non-refundable but deductible from the final repair cost).

  • Repair Quotes: Provided after diagnosis; final pricing may vary if additional issues are found.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Cash (preferred)

    • UPI (in-person via technician’s QR code)

  • Advance Payment: Required only for special-order parts or high-value repairs (you’ll be notified upfront).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Free if done 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a ₹100 fee.

  • Rescheduling: Subject to technician availability.

5. Technician Conduct

  • Identification: Technicians will carry company ID cards.

  • Work Standards:

    • Explain repairs and costs before starting work.

    • Clean the work area after service.

    • Provide a service receipt with warranty details.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing conditions not reported before service.

    • Damage caused by improper use after repair.

    • Manufacturer defects covered under original warranties.

7 .Dispute Resolution

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • Resolution steps:

    1. Technician revisit (if needed).

    2. Refund or re-service (case-by-case basis).
