Independent Service Provider: We are not affiliated with any appliance brands.
Scope of Work: We service only the appliances listed on our website (washing machines, refrigerators, ACs, etc.).
Parts Used: We prioritize high-quality compatible parts unless OEM parts are specifically requested (additional charges may apply).
Inspection Fee: ₹149 (non-refundable but deductible from the final repair cost).
Repair Quotes: Provided after diagnosis; final pricing may vary if additional issues are found.
Payment Methods:
Cash (preferred)
UPI (in-person via technician’s QR code)
Advance Payment: Required only for special-order parts or high-value repairs (you’ll be notified upfront).
Cancellation: Free if done 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a ₹100 fee.
Rescheduling: Subject to technician availability.
Identification: Technicians will carry company ID cards.
Work Standards:
Explain repairs and costs before starting work.
Clean the work area after service.
Provide a service receipt with warranty details.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions not reported before service.
Damage caused by improper use after repair.
Manufacturer defects covered under original warranties.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.
